So much is about diet and what we consume – but therapy treatments like reflexology and therapy massage.
Releasing toxins from the lymph nodes means you can have more energy for weeks afterwards – not something apparent initially but you’ll notice it maybe 2 weeks later.
We should all treat ourselves to a beauty therapy once in a while.

Olive oil is touted as the good cholestrol for you heart. Not that it means downing the stuff in gallons, but using it in salads and cooking is ideal.
The extra virgin oil is the best stuff. I usually fry with the golden standard olive oil but salads it’s extra virgin.
Other oils to look at are flax oil which can raise mood.

Chinese people live the longest – it’s a fact. They hold the record for world’s oldest man.
I stress this is mostly due to diet. No trans fats and lots of vegetables etc.
A stir fry is the healthiest way to eat. The important factors for good health in your stir fry are
garlic (immune system, skin health)
ginger (keeps you young, works as a digestive enzyme with the food)
chillis (for taste, but also help burn fat through raising your body temp are anti-cancer also)
beansprouts – for healthy bowels and well being associated with regular bowel movements
mushrooms – for b vitamins to help regulate stress
I dare anyone to fit the above in with meat and noodles/boiled rice, eat it 4-5 times a week and then tell me they don’t feel better, more energy and less stressed!

You might see all the negative things about marijuana smoking – it’s illegal, causes paranoia and cancer.
But let’s look at some of the healthy benefits
- relaxes you and gives you a good ’sleep’…helping you feel refreshed the next day
- reduces blood pressure and stress
- puts good cholestrol into your system reducing your chance of heart attack
- opens your mind and makes you more patient and easy going. Good if you’re the type of road rage person.
- reduces risk taking within adults who are born risk takers. May just prolong your life this way if nothing else.
So everything has an upside, and it’s reported marijuana may reduce the size of brain tumours.
Remember it’s just a medicine, and like other medicines it has it’s downsides.

Mineral water is the preferred drinking material for humans. Tap water has been processed, cleansed, flurided to bits. Yes, you want to avoid this unless boiled.
There is ample chlorine in tape water also, letting the water sit out uncovered will allow it to evaporate.
I’ve never cared much for Volvic, as it’s pretty much like tap water. But I would recommend Evian or Vittel.
Definitely when drinking lots of mineral water, energy levels rise slightly. And you’ll be healthier because the lovely smooth taste of mineral water encourages you to drink more – people who don’t drink enough water end up with dryed out skin and lines.
